BCBGMAXAZRIA Floorset Booklet

OVERVIEW: BCBGMAXAZRIA’s 2020 Spring Floorset booklet is designed to visually help retail employees organize the store layout for each season. From mannequin placement to which dress to showcase, every section of the stores is labelled and organized into this floorset booklet.

WORK: One problem was constantly trying to keep retail employees engaged and willingly to follow through a rigorous store change every two weeks. I created a new magazine-styled template that could be used for every season (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) that looked simple and easy to understand in a glance for employees. Mood boards were created to inspire pairing of clothes while clothing highlights were shown on each page to emphasis which clothes employees wanted to focus on to sell.
