Missional Statements Client: San Gabriel Presbyterian Church Website: sangabrielpc.org Date: March 15, 2017 Services: Logo Design San Gabriel Presbyterian Logo Design — San Gabriel Presbyterian Church (SGPC) is centrally located in San Gabriel, California near the actual San Gabriel Mission. The logo was inspired by three things that the church asked to be visible in the logo: 1. The cross symbol 2. Influence of San Gabriel city 3. Direction of movement. Using the famous arches that house the mission bells at the San Gabriel Mission plus four imperfect arrows to form a cross shape, the logo was formed. Colors and font were chosen to match the more conservative nature of SGPC and maintaining a uniform look as the physical church has similar color schemes.
